Out and about on a walk with Mamiya RZ 67, 500mm and digital back

It must have been the Spring weather.  I had to get out and enjoy the sunshine, and my inner eye had been begging me to take my 500mm lens for a walk.  Now those of you with Medium Format equipment know that this is no small undertaking, but out I went.  With tripod, I reckon it was a 15# ambush set up, just perfect for those Cartier-Bresson moments, eh?  I had no particular goal other than to enjoy the sunshine, and to see how many quarter miles I had to back up to frame the subjects in a coherent manner.  Whatever caught my attention was a target.  South Congress traffic is nothing to trifle with, so shooting down the throat of the street without police escort wasn't in the plan.  Besides, my friend Chief Acevedo was busy.  We'll call it an anti Leica photographic aerobics challange.
